Flex magazine. Opening her first gym at 22 years old and over the years has built and run her gyms until 2 years ago when she sold Fit Method to create more time freedom in her life and build her online business to help people all around the nation.
She has had stints on reality TV, local and national TV, and her most recent reality TV experience on Fit To Fat To Fit aired on Lifetime where she had to gain and lose weight for her sister who lost over 80 lbs in the process.
She also is a regular on Fox 10 news, Arizona Family, CBS, and NBC.
Today, Felicia mentors entrepreneurs and fitness coaches helping them build their brand and business online through her new program The Wealthy Wellness Coach Host of the Hi Felicia Podcast and founder of Luna True Nutrition.

Route is the first to digitize the sales process from walkthrough to bid to proposals all on the same platform plus many more features.

Born in Vietnam and raised in Southern California, after her family fled Vietnam as war refugees, Van watched her parents pave a new life for themselves. She saw first hand how creative thinking, innovation, and curiosity can help people overcome their circumstances. In her talks, she often references her mom's role in trailblazing the Vietnamese manicure industry. An industry born through the unlikely teaming up of a Hollywood movie star and 20 Vietnamese women at a refugee camp in 1975; a story that touches on lessons of compassion, diversity, curiosity, and determination.
She studied Psychology at the University of California, Santa Barbara and earned her MBA from Pepperdine University. With over 17 years of corporate and startup experience, Van actively works to rewrite the way we apply creativity in the workplace, instilling brave thinking in clients who are willing to disrupt traditional thinking. Her clients include game changers such as Google, LinkedIn, and MeUndies.
